To the nurses and caregivers on the 2nd floor of The Springs: Our sincere thanks for the dedicated and compassionate care showed to our mom these past three weeks. We are so appreciative of all you did to make her stay there so comfortable. You are an exceptional team. A special thanks to Negest, Monica, Elizabeth, Geoff, Lemin, Sana, Rizwan, Mary, Bo, the caring night staff, and all the others. With fondness and appreciation, Susan, Greg, and the rest of Jan’s Family.
We had a nice visit at Pacific Regent. We started out in apartments that were too small for us, but when we went up, it was going to be the most expensive apartment that we found. It was roomy enough for us. The apartment that we looked at wasn’t finished, but we had a sense of what it was going to be like. The staff who gave me the tour was fine. I couldn’t remember his name, but he was nice. We were there at lunchtime, and we talked to the people in the restaurant, but we didn’t eat any of the food. They showed us the menu, and it seemed to indicate a lot of variety available. My husband would need a low salt diet, and they said that was no problem.
There was a lap pool, and he said it was also open for people who don’t do laps. He said there were things going on inside the complex, and there were cars to take you to different things, from doctor’s offices to the symphony.
Pacific Regent Bellevue is an exceptional community perfectly located in downtown Bellevue. The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained. The dining room is upscale in both decor and menu choices. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The skilled nursing and rehab floor make the community complete with medical assistance. Pacific Regent provides many activities for the residents although I would like to see more fitness classes provided on a daily basis. Overall I would recommend Pacific Regent to older retirees looking a for a high-end retirement community in a great location who want the comfort of on-site assistance and emergency services.
The staff was super caring for my mom. They were quick to honor all requests. The room was beautiful. It made an emotionally charged time a whole lot more peaceful.
The Springs at Pacific Regent is an excellent skilled nursing/rehab facility with caring nurses and staff, and nicely appointed rooms. My mother has had short stays in three different facilities over the years, and The Springs far surpasses the others.
My mother entered Pacific Regent for inpatient rehab after an injury left her in severe pain and unable to stand and walk. The care team was hard working, competent, warm, and of good humor. This included the cleaning staff, nurses and aides, doctor, staff who dispensed medicines, and bath aides. The occupational and physical therapists were excellent. They kept my Mom working harder and harder as she recovered, very good at sensing what she needed. They helped her regain confidence and learn how to move more safely. My mother enjoyed interacting with the staff and chose to eat in the rehab dining room with other patients as she felt stronger. She chose to return to Pacific Regent for outpatient rehab. All services have been covered by Medicare except a haircut.
It is the most friendly community I have ever seen. My mom loved it there. They had a lot of in house activities and to restaurants for lunch, and would celebrate birthdays and things, there would be balloons on the table. They never let people sit alone, they always make sure that you have company. We took a lot of our friends there for dinner.
Our father came to The Springs at Pacific Regent a few nights ago as a hospice patient with a number of ailments, including dementia, and no longer being able to walk. This facility welcomed him with dignity, kindness, and compassion, and we will forever be grateful for all the staff there, and how they made his last few days comfortable.
Our family is impressed with the quality of the staff and the care. Compassionate and attentive. I whole-heartedly recommend The Springs at Pacific Regent.
